Gerard Allen
20 years’ Mac experience.
Former Apple employee.
Highly experienced in:
Pre-Sales technical consultancy, new product development, designing bespoke solutions, installation, server configuration, Windows and Active Directory Integration, hardware and software troubleshooting, take-apart and break/fix, 1-1 training, network design and troubleshooting (including VPN and SSH), UNIX and AppleScript scripting.
Denis Ryan
19 years’ Mac experience.
Highly experienced in:
Pre-Sales technical consultancy, designing bespoke solutions, installation, server configuration, Windows Integration, hardware and software troubleshooting, take-apart and break/fix, 1-1 training, network design and troubleshooting, AV system design, printer troubleshooting specialist.
Pauline Nyhan
20 years’ Mac experience.
Pauline is our service manager and runs our help-desk, covering telephone and remote support. As such she has contact with every client.
Pauline is a troubleshooting specialist and a great network troubleshooter. Pauline provides remote and telephone support and co-ordinates the service team.
Karen Ambrose
6 years’ Mac experience.
Former Apple employee.
Karen is a former Apple employee who trained staff in troubleshooting problems.
Karen provides in-house and on-site troubleshooting, take apart, break/fix, installation, remote support, telephone support.
AnnMarie O’Sullivan
6 years’ Mac experience.
Former Apple employee.
AnnMarie is a former Apple employee who worked as a repair technician, troubleshooting issues with new products.
AnnMarie provides in-house diagnostics and repairs, installation and telephone support.
Shirlee Kelly
Shirlee is our financial controller and handles all account queries as well as order fulfillment and stock control.
Robyn Foley
Robyn is our sales and marketing assistant; Robyn also administrates our Training Centre.
As a small company all our staff are very flexible and we meet weekly to exchange information on each area to ensure that the flow of information is kept open and to expand the knowledge of each staff member.
