Warranty Repairs

As an Apple Authorised Service Centre, Stream Solutions handle warranty repairs on behalf of Apple. All Apple products come with 12 months return-to-base hardware warranty. The cost of the hardware and engineers time to repair the logged fault is covered. Software issues, data recovery and interaction with third part products are not covered under warranty. Stream Solutions provide rental machines while warranty repair is being caried out, if required.

Telephone support is available directly from Apple for 90 days from date of purchase.

Non-Warranty repairs

Stream Solutions have a full service centre in our Cork Office and as an Apple Authorised
Service Centre has access to all spare parts.

Engineer on-site

Stream Solutions have service engineers available for on-site call out. We handle all issues relation to hardware, software, application conflicts, operating system issues, interaction with third party products, networking and Internet issues across all platforms. We also operate an Emergency Call Out Facility.

Telephone Support

Telephone Support Contract holders are given a “Hotline” number connecting them directly to our senior support engineers. Telephone Support covers hardware, software, application conflicts, operating system issues, interaction with third party products, networking and Internet issues across all platforms. Should a call out by an engineer be deemed necessary to resolve the issue the prevailing service charge will apply. Telephone Support Customers are issued with a contract number that must be quoted when calling for support.
Non-Contract Customers will have access to our engineers through our main telephone number, support calls will be charged for on a per-incident basis

Remote Support over Broadband

Our engineers can trouble shoot your system remotely by accessing your computer over broadband. This can negate both the cost of an engineer traveling and the time the engineer spends on-site. Remote control software may need to be purchased by the customer and installed onto customer machines.
